Website Terms and Conditions

Terminology:

The 'applicant' is a person, business or company who rents one or more posters for 12 months (category wall) (6 months home ‘premium’ wall) as a portal to their website. The 'seller' is a person, business or company who markets posters to an 'applicant'.,

  1. The dimensions of the POSTER to be purchased by you (the applicant) or sold by you (the seller), can vary depending on choice, at a minimum cost of £0/$0 (A4 posters only) (price subject to change, see current price list on the 'Put up a Poster' and 'Sell a Poster' pages).
  2. Rental of a ‘Poster’ by a website applicant is for a minimum of 1 year for Category Walls, 6 months for the main wall.
  3. Upon Acceptance by us of applicant's image and link, no refund is available. In the normal course of business, images and links supplied cannot be changed until renewal date.
  4. Any website containing obscene, illegal, political, offensive, adult images, pornography or links to sites containing such material, will not be accepted. Whatsonthewall.com are the owners of the site and reserve the right to refuse and remove images and or links at their sole discretion and without notice to the applicant. If such rights are exercised, no refunds shall be made.
  5. If the content of any website linked through www.StickitonaWall.com is changed after Acceptance to include material as stated in clause 4, then Whatsonthewall.com reserves the right to remove any relevant links, unless the website owners have been advised of and have agreed any changes in writing or email.
  6. Whatsonthewall.com has no responsibility for any material or content on any other website which is linked to or from this site.
  7. Images must be within the pixel size stated for the size of poster you are purchasing.
  8. No animated images will be accepted.
  9. Links must be to web pages only and begin with http:// or https://
  10. The applicant must be the person authorised to provide the image and link for the website submitted.
  11. No link will be provided or image put up on the site until all monies have been received and/or cleared to our bank A/C.
  12. No refunds will be made for any occasional maintenance or upgrade downtime which occurs.
  13. Whatsonthewall.com will use its best endeavours to ensure all links and images are active on site within 48 hours, but will not be responsible for anything beyond its control.
  14. 'Sellers' can only earn money from selling posters once they have registered through the website. Sellers agree that when selling posters on behalf of Whatsonthewall.com, they are bound by all terms and conditions relevant to the website and further agree not to write anything, or act in any way that is illegal, obscene or likely to bring our name into disrepute.
  15. We reserve the right to add delete or change keywords at our discretion.
  16. Whatsonthewall.com reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any special, discounted or free offers at any time at their discretion without notice.

Whatsonthewall.com owns and operates this website. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions "We", "Our" and "Us" refers to Whatsonthewall.com, registered domain name StickitonaWall.com (plus ancillary names available on request). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website. Your use of this website indicates your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Any trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the materials on this website together with the underlying software code are owned either directly by Us or by Our licensors.
